Verifies that a Web Map Tile Service (WMTS) implementation comnforms to the relevant specifications:
- OpenGIS Web Map Tile Service Implementation Standard, Version 1.0.0 [OGC 07-057r7]
The test run arguments are summarized in the following table. The Obligation descriptor can have the following values: M (mandatory), O (optional), or C (conditional).
